IAAI has grown in stature to become a dedicated Trade Association of IATA Accredited Passenger Sales Travel Agents with a membership of 958 as on December 2012, representing one third of the total travel industry in India. HEAT is duly member of IAAI.

WBTDCL is owned by Government of West Bengal under the administrative control of Tourism Department and the entire share capital of the Company is contributed by the State Government.HEAT is also approved by the West Bengal Tourism Development Corporation Limited.
