Cancellation

All cancellations are to be communicated in writing. Cancellation policy will be applicable ON FULL TOUR PRICE (transport, hotels & other services), in spite of any Flight / Train cancellation has effected the operation of the Tours.

Cancellation for packages

Cancellation policy applicable, for travel in the month of April, May, June, September, October, November & December

When Cancellation is made Charges
Booking Date – 32+ Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 10% of tour cost / INR 5000.00 per person (whichever is higher)
31 - 26 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 25% of total tour cost
25 - 16 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 50% of total tour cost
15 - 08 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 75% of total tour cost
07 - 00 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 100% of total tour cost

Cancellation policy applicable, for travel in the month of January, February, March, July, & August.

When Cancellation is made Charges
Booking Date – 26+ Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 10% of the total tour cost / INR 2500.00 per person (whichever is higher)
25 - 15 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 25% of total tour cost
14 - 08 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 50% of total tour cost
07 - 04 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 75% of total tour cost
03 - 00 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 100% of total tour cost

Cancellation for BLOCK BOOKINGS & DEPARTURES

Cancellation policy applicable, for travel in the month of April, May, June, September, October, November & December

When Cancellation is made Charges
Booking Date – 36+ Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 10% of the total tour cost / INR 5000.00 per person (whichever is higher)
35 - 26 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 25% of total tour cost
25 - 21 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 50% of total tour cost
20 - 16 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 75% of total tour cost
15 - 00 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 100% of total tour cost
Incase when hotel rooms booked are reduced Charges
36 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour NIL CHARGES + INR 10000.00 Handling fee
35 to 26 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 25% of total tour cost
25 to 21 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 50% of total tour cost
20 to 16 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 75% of total tour cost
15 to 00 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 100% of total tour cost

Refund

Refund against Amendment and Cancellations will be paid directly to the source through whom the tour is booked. It would take at least 15 days to process such Refund. However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilized services example – meals, entrance fee, optional, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface / air). All refund made will be in INR (Indian Rupees).
